How it Works

Step 1
Make Sure We’re the Right Fit
We build residential accessory buildings, barns, detached garages, workshops, and pool houses. Before filling out the form, take a few minutes to:
  • Explore our website, social media, and YouTube.
  • Use our 3D Barn Designer to create your dream building. Start big, play with ideas, and see what feels right. Nothing’s set in stone yet — have fun with it!
If it’s not for you, no problem. But if it is, keep going.
Step 2
Fill Out Our Contact Form
The more detail, the better. Photos are gold here, especially:
  • The front of your home
  • The spot where your building will go
These photos help us get a clear picture before we even hop on a call together.

Step 3
Dissecting Your Project Call
Once you submit the form, you’ll be directed to Brendan’s calendar to book your 30–45 minute call. This is where we dissect your project:
  • Why you’re building
  • What’s most important to you
  • The logistics of your space
Bring a list of questions, we loves details. After the call, you’ll get a link to schedule your Brainstorming Session.
Step 4
In-Person Brainstorming Session
This is where your ideas start to take shape.
You’ll meet with Brendan for a 1–2 hour evening session (usually around 6:30 PM) to talk through every part of your project: location, layout, finishes, lighting, and more.
To prep, check out our Products Page to visualize how your building will come together.
Step 5
Estimate Delivery
About 1½ to 2 weeks after your call, Brendan will send your detailed estimate via email.
Take a day or two to go through it and note any questions or changes you’d like to discuss.
Then, you’ll get a link to book your Estimate Follow-Up Call.
Step 6
Estimate Follow-Up Call
No pressure, this isn’t a yes-or-no moment. This is for you to gather more information before making a decision.
We’ll go line by line through your estimate so you understand every detail.
Want to tweak something? Add, remove, or revise as many times as you’d like.
This is your project, we’ll get it dialed in together.
Step 7
Sign, Deposit, and Schedule
Once everything feels right:
  • Sign the estimate & contract.
  • Pay the deposit (50% for projects under $125K; less for larger ones).
  • Choose check or ACH for payment.
Then the fun begins, we’ll line up subcontractors, order materials, and schedule your build.
That's it!
You're all set.
No runaround, no ghosting, no guessing.
Just a clear process that keeps you informed and confident from day one.
