Crew Member:
Experienced

We’re looking for an experienced crew member who understands construction fundamentals and takes pride in their work.

What you bring:

  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to follow the companies core values & mvission statements.
  • Experience in framing, doors & windows, siding, & interior finishing.
  • Ability to work on your own with little supervision.
  • Ability to understand and follow direction.
  • Ability to give feedback in a respectful manner.
  • Clean and organized while on the job site.
  • Basic understanding of building science and proper use of materials.
  • Ability to read and understand building plans and scheduling.

How to climb the ladder:

  • Learn and efficiently build with Wildwoods standard building techniques and practices.
  • Learn and efficiently process Wildwoods Standard Operating procedures.
  • Give and receive feedback respectfully to the team and the company.
  • Learn and efficiently use provided software for managing hours, project progression, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to effectively communicate with subcontractors.
  • Ability to take an onsite project from framing to final inspection with minimal supervision.
  • Job site organization and workflow.

No Experience

If you’re new to construction but ready to learn, we’ll teach you.

What you bring:

  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
  • Reliability—show up on time, ready to go.
  • Ability to work full time.
  • Clean and organized while on the job site.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions & guidance from team leaders.
  • Ability to learn and progress in carpentry.

How to climb the ladder:

  • Learn and efficiently build with Wildwoods standard building techniques and practices.
  • Learn and efficiently process Wildwoods standard opperating procedures.
  • Give and receive feedback respectfully to the team and the company.
  • Ability to work onsite with little daily supervision or guidance.
  • Ability to read and understand building plans and scheduling.
